Terms & Conditions
To ensure a safe, relaxing, and respectful environment for all members, please review and adhere to the following policies. By purchasing a plan or booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Membership Requirement

All session participants must be active members of Power Up Energy Association.

A one-time membership registration fee of $30 is required for first-time members.

All members must review and sign the Contractual Membership Agreement and Liability Waiver Form before their first session and will be bound by the terms of these contracts.

The membership fee and associated documents are completed and signed on-site before the first session.

Participants must arrive 15 minutes early to complete the registration process to avoid taking away from their session time.
2. Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge for the full session.
3. Photography and Videography
-
Photography and videography are not permitted on-site unless prior permission is granted by staff.
4. Food and Drink Policy
-
Food is not allowed in the Energy Room to maintain the environment’s integrity and cleanliness.
-
Food can be enjoyed in designated areas outside the Energy Room.
-
Drinks are permitted inside the Energy Room.
5. Session Timing Policy
-
Sessions start and end at their designated times.
-
Late arrivals will not extend the session time. Sessions will continue as scheduled, and participants are expected to conclude their session at the designated end time.
6. Child Policy
-
Sessions are available for children aged 12 years and younger only.

Children must be booked with us directly over the phone.

Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a paying adult booked in the same session.

Children are expected to respect the peaceful nature of the environment and avoid disruptive behaviour that could disturb other members.

Any messes or damages caused by children are the responsibility of the accompanying adult, including cleanup, repairs, or replacements.
7. Pet Policy

Pets must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult at all times during the session.

Pets should remain calm and controlled to avoid disturbing other members. Please bring a leash or carrier in case your pet needs to be restrained.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture. We recommend bringing a doggy bed or blanket from home.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any messes or damages caused, including repairs or replacements.

Pet sessions are available at designated times in our booking schedule or by special request (contact us for arrangements).
8. Cleanliness and Respect for the Space

Please leave the space as clean as you found it. This includes cleaning up after yourself, your children, and your pets.
