WHAT IS THE EESystem™?

We are just a 2-minute drive west of the village of Brodhagen, which is a short drive northwest of Mitchell, ON.

Our facility is surrounded by the beautiful countryside and is easily accessible from nearby communities along Lake Huron, including Goderich and Bayfield, as well as the larger city centres of Stratford, Exeter, and London. For additional directions, please contact us.

ARE THE SESSIONS SAFE?

Yes, both the EESystem™ and BEMER technologies are non-invasive and generally considered safe for most individuals. However, it is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new wellness treatments, especially if you have existing health conditions.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Session lengths vary depending on the service. Typically, sessions with the EESystem™ are 2 hours, and individuals can book back-to-back sessions to extend their stay. BEMER sessions are shorter, around 30 minutes each.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR  & BRING TO A SESSION?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and avoid metal or heavy jewelry, as it may interfere with the technology. Bring water or your preferred hydrating drink to stay refreshed. While food isn’t allowed in the Energy Lounge, you can enjoy it in other areas of our club.

For added comfort, bring your own socks or slippers to wear inside the lounge. To enhance relaxation, consider bringing an eye mask or earplugs to help you focus and connect with your intentions during the session.

Although we provide some blankets, to minimize laundry and reduce our environmental impact, we encourage guests to bring their own. Enjoy your session, and allow yourself to fully recharge!

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A SESSION?

Dress in comfortable clothing, and bring layers if you tend to get cold easily. It's important to stay hydrated throughout the day, so drink plenty of water before your session. Come with an open mind and heart, ready to unwind and support your body’s wellness. If you're seeking the session for a specific reason, hold that intention in mind to focus your energy on that area during your time in the EESystem.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A SESSION?

During EESystem™ sessions, you'll relax in our Energy Lounge, which features a variety of comfortable seating options for individuals, couples, and families. You can recline and fully unwind in a serene environment designed for your comfort. While there may be other guests present, we encourage you to focus inward, disconnect from distractions, and recharge your energy.
Feel free to bring along headphones if you’d like to listen to your own music, as well as earplugs, an eye mask, cozy slippers, or your own blanket for added comfort. The lounge will be softly lit and accompanied by calming ambient music, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Many guests describe their experience as a rejuvenating mini-retreat for both body and mind.

WHAT ABOUT PETS?

Pet-friendly sessions are available on a limited basis, typically on Tuesdays from 1:20 PM to 3:20 PM. These sessions are open to all members; however, please be aware that animals may be present. If you require a different time, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you and your pet. All pets must be accompanied by a paying adult with a booked session at the same time.

To ensure your pet’s comfort, we encourage bringing a cozy bed, blanket, or a quiet toy (no squeakers). Pets are not permitted on the furniture. Please use a leash or carrier if needed to prevent unwanted interactions with other guests. Pets must remain calm to maintain a peaceful environment. If disruptions occur, you may be asked to step outside for the comfort of others. Please bring water for your pet, as they may get thirsty during the session. Food is not allowed.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they arrive clean and well-groomed. Any messes or damages caused by pets, including repairs or replacements, are the owner's responsibility.

WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN?

Children aged 13 and older are booked as Adults and can use Adult Plans.

For children aged 12 and under, we’re happy to welcome them in a session; but please call us for details and to arrange their booking.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a paying adult during the same session. Just like our adult guests, we encourage children to bring their own water, slippers, blankets, earplugs, and eye masks for added comfort.

If sitting for extended periods is challenging, we recommend bringing a book or drawing supplies to keep them engaged while maintaining a calm and peaceful environment for everyone.

Any messes or damages caused by children are the responsibility of the accompanying adult, including cleanup, repairs, or replacements. Our goal is to create a soothing space where all guests, including children, can relax and enjoy their time in the lounge. We look forward to welcoming families into our space!

HOW WILL I FEEL DURING THE SESSION?

Many people are pleasantly surprised by how quickly their mind clears and how deeply relaxed they feel, often within just a few minutes of starting their session. The experience is calming and rejuvenating, allowing your body to enter a state of deep relaxation.

Following the session, most people report feeling refreshed and energized. Improved sleep is a common benefit, and many leave feeling a sense of overall well-being, ready to take on the week with a renewed sense of vitality.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER THE SESSION?

It’s important to stay hydrated, so drink plenty of water after your session. For enhanced detoxification, consider doing a Detox Salt Bath or Detox Foot Soak later in the day. Also, make sure to get a good night’s sleep to support your body’s natural healing processes.

Salt Bath Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 Cups Sea Salt
2 Cups Baking Soda
1 Cup Mule Team Borax
2 Tablespoons of Hypercharged EESalt (Purchased from us, if available)

Optional Ingredients:
Pine Oil of other essential oils
1/2 Cup Bentonite Clay 
2 Tsp-1/4 Cup Ginger Powders
2 Tsp-1/4 Cup Matcha Green Tea
2 Cups Food grade/regular Hydrogen Peroxide

Directions:
1. Put ingredients in a tub of hot water and soak for 30 minutes or more with a wet towel over the chest (to help draw out toxins.)
2. It's beneficial to scrub skin while in bath.
3. Apply magnesium lotion or oil with coconut oil following the bath.
4. Ensure to remain hydrated with water.
