EE System in Ontario: A First-Timer's Guide to Trying It and Making the Trip Worth It

3 min read

Maybe a friend told you about it. Maybe you saw a video online. Either way, you're curious. You've tried the early nights, the vitamins, and the meditation apps, and you still feel like you're running on empty.

Now you've got questions. What is the EE System, really? Where can you try it? And is it worth the drive? If you're searching for an EE System in Ontario, this guide walks you through everything a first-timer needs to know, in plain language.

What Is the EE System, and Why Is Everyone Talking About It?

The Energy Enhancement System™ (EESystem™) was developed over about 20 years by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael. It uses custom computers to create energy fields, including scalar waves, inside a dedicated room. You sit or lie back, relax, and let the session run.

People are drawn to it because it's simple and non-invasive. There's nothing to swallow, nothing to strap on, and no effort required. For many, it's a rare chance to sit still for two hours without feeling guilty about it.

Is it a medical treatment?

No. The EESystem™ is a wellness experience, not a medical treatment. Statements about it have not been evaluated by Health Canada, and it doesn't diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you're pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a health issue, check with your healthcare provider before booking.

Where Can You Find an EE System in Ontario?

EESystem™ centers are still fairly rare compared to spas or massage clinics. That's why many people are happy to drive a little farther to reach one.

Power Up Energy Lounge is in Bornholm, in West Perth. It's an easy drive from Stratford, London, and Kitchener-Waterloo. Our lounge is home to a 24-unit system, and that size matters more than you might think.

Why does the size of the system matter?

A larger lounge means more chairs, more session times, and an easier time getting the slot you want. Sessions run in a group, so the room has a calm, shared feel. It's a nice way to unwind alongside others who value the same things.

What Makes a Holistic Wellness Center in Ontario Different?

Holistic simply means looking at the whole person: body, mind, and daily habits. A holistic wellness center in Ontario won't just offer one service and send you on your way. It gives you a few ways to support your well-being under one roof.

At Power Up Energy Lounge, that includes EESystem™ sessions, BEMER sessions, pet sessions, and private or overnight stays.

What should you look for before you book?

  • Honest, clear safety information

  • More than one service, so you can find what suits you

  • Simple online booking and flexible hours

  • A welcoming space for families, kids, and pets

Planning Your First EE System Session in Ontario

Day trip or overnight stay?

A standard session lasts two hours, so a day trip works well if you live within an hour or so. If you're coming from farther away, consider an overnight stay.

For example, picture a couple driving in from the GTA. They book a private overnight stay, skip the long drive home that same night, and get a quieter, more personal experience.

What should I bring?

  • A water bottle (drink up before and after)

  • Comfy layers and warm socks

  • A small notebook to jot down how you feel

  • A light snack for the drive home

Can I bring my kids or my pets?

Yes. Sessions are available for adults (13+), children (12 and under), and pets. Check the Important Info page before booking so you know the details for each.

How to Get Real Value from a Holistic Wellness Center in Ontario

One visit is a nice treat. To really notice how sessions fit into your life, try these tips:

  • Set one simple goal. Better sleep? Less stress? Pick one, so you know what to watch for.

  • Track it. After each session, rate your energy and mood from 1 to 10.

  • Be consistent. Session plans give you better pricing on multiple visits.

  • Pair it with good habits. Walks, water, and screen-free evenings all help.

Picture Mark, a contractor from London. He books a session every few weeks as his do-nothing time, then takes a short walk before driving home. It becomes the one appointment he never cancels.

Your Next Step
